Chocolate Orange Cupcakes!

Chocolate Orange Cupcakes
Hello everyone! so one of my favourite things to do it bake! I mainly bake cakes because I enjoy making and eating them!
Tesco very kindly sent me some baking vouchers to use so I could get my #BakeOn. I was thinking of what kind of cakes, or cupcakes I could bake. I was thinking of my favourite chocolate... and then it came to me! Chocolate Orange Cupcakes! Chocolate orange is probably my favourite chocolate ever! So if you would like to know my recipe for making delicious Chocolate Orange Cupcakes, carry on reading!
For the cupcakes you will need:
3oz (85g) of Caster Sugar
3oz (85g) of Stalk (which you can find in most supermarkets)
3 eggs
6oz (170g) Self-Raising Flour
4 tsp Coco Powder
Orange Flavouring (to taste)
12 cupcake, cupcake trey
cupcake cases
For the Icing and Decorations:
Icing Sugar (to taste)
Unsalted Butter (to taste)
Orange Food Colouring (to preference)
Orange Flavouring (to taste)
Terry's Chocolate orange minis or a Terry's Chocolate Orange Segments 

1. Preheat your oven to 180oc or gas mark 4. (get an adult to help if you need to).
2. Sieve your 3oz or 85g of Caster Sugar and cream together with 3oz (85g) of stalk, until light and fluffy. (it looks a little bit like scrambled eggs).
3. Crack 3 eggs into a mug and whisk with a fork, when they are fluffy and fully whisked, pour them into the bowl with the sugar and butter and mix together.
4. Sieve 6oz of self raising flour into the mixture and whisk with either an electric whisk or a manual whisk until its smooth and fluffy.
5. Mix together in a small bowl, 3-4 teaspoons of coco powder with a few drops of boiling water (don't make it too runny but not too thick, and make sure all lumps are out of it) then stir into the mixture.
6. Add about 4 tsp of orange flavouring into the mixture. (preference to taste).
7. Put the cupcake cases into the cupcake tin, then spoon the mixture into the cases, then put in the oven for 15-20 minutes.
The icing and decorating!
1. cream together some icing sugar and unsalted butter. cream to taste.
2. Add your orange food colouring, you can make the icing as bright as you want!
3. Add 3 tsp of orange flavouring (or to taste).
4. using a piping bag, pipe on your icing onto your cakes, once they've cooled down.
5.With either the Terry's chocolate orange minis or  Terry's chocolate orange. place a segment on each cake!
6. this is the final most important step! EAT YOUR CAKES!!
